New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson has announced the formation of an exploratory committee to determine his viability as a Presidential Candidate. Video below:

Here’s a little achievement of his that hits close to home. Richardson was the one who struck a deal with the President of Sudan to release a U.S. journalist working for National Geographic.
